Send an email to programs@charlottequiltersguild.org with the subject CQG Workshop Registration with the follwing information:
- Your name, address, & phone number
- Title of the workshop
- Your method of payment (PayPal or personal check) PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL.
Next, pay the appropriate workshop fees as listed for the specific workshop, either online through PayPal, by mail, or in person at a general meeting. Your space will not be reserved until payment has been received.
Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled.
Class – Workshop Fees
Workshop fees will be determined in light of the costs of obtaining a specific instructor, fees for patterns and other workshop costs, and current trends in workshop pricing. The Charlotte Quilters’ Guild will aim to make workshop participation as affordable as possible.

Checks should be made payable to The Charlotte Quilters’ Guild. Please include your name and the workshop for which you are registering on the memo line (if paying by check) or in the Message field (if paying via PayPal). You can pay via PayPal for workshops on the Upcoming Programs page.

Notification of Workshop Registration
Please consider your PayPal payment receipt as confirmation of workshop registration. If there is any issue, Programs will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further actions.
If you pay via check through regular mail, Programs will notify you regarding the workshop and your registration.
If you pay via check in person, you should receive a payment receipt from the Board Member (Programs) that took your payment. This receipt is your confirmation of registration.
Online Workshops
Note whether the workshop you’ve selected will be conducted IN-PERSON or VIRTUALLY. For virtual workshops, you will receive a Zoom invitation for the workshop once you are registered, your payment has been received, and it is closer to the workshop date(s).
Workshop Cancellations
A minimum of 10 students is required for every workshop. Workshop fees will be refunded, in full, in the event a workshop is cancelled due to under enrollment or instructor emergency. Participant’s workshop registration fee will not be refunded under any other circumstances.
